Boarding at 7: 45 pm, Cruise 8:00 - 10:30 pm
Optional coach bus departs Center for Visual and Performing Arts at 6:30 pm
$ 55.00 per person before June 30, 2015
Reservations must be made/paid in full by June 30
$65.00 per person after June 30th

Cruise the Chicago River and onto Lake Michigan to enjoy the fireworks at Navy pier.

Evening includes:  box lunch, beer and wine tasting, DJ provided by Trimboli Chiropractic,  Cash bar and 50/25/25 Raffles. 
 

WAIVER/LIABILITY STATEMENT
The forgoing information is complete and true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that should I act in a manner that is unsafe to me, other participants, or staff, I may be excluded from the event. I, the above-named attendee, agree to indemnify, to protect, and to hold harmless The Munster Chamber of Commerce, its members, agents, and volunteers from any claim or liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any loss, damage, defacement or destruction caused by  attendee  and/or its agents. I acknowledge that The Munster Chamber of Commerce, provides no insurance for the benefit of attendee, or against the acts or omissions of the attendee,  its agents or employees. All Insurance for Personal Property, Public Liability, and Personal Injury must be carried by the attendee. I hereby release and discharge t The Munster Chamber of Commerce , together with the officers, employees, board members and agents of both The Munster Chamber of Commerce, for any injury, damage, loss, or theft occurring as a result of my participation in the Schmooze Cruise  event. I hereby grant to The Munster Chamber of Commerce the right to photograph me and use the photo and/or other digital reproduction for publication processes, whether electronic, print, or digital.
