Who we are…

Yes & then… is a NW Indiana based training and development firm. Yes & then… will customize a high-energy, humorous and interactive corporate improv training workshop which empowers business executives to discover their inherent creative potential.

We’re pleased to announce an exciting new venture coming to the HUB of Innovation in Hammond, IN in January of 2015!  Yes & then… is a cutting edge training and consulting firm designed to assist in the development of “soft” communication skills.  One of our core specialties will be the enhancement of business communication through improv-based training!

Improvisation isn’t about comedy, performing or theater…it’s about reacting — being focused and present in the moment.  At its core, improv is about communication at a very high and efficient level.  It’s about working with others, building trust and relationships around a shared goal.  

Improv is also about developing self-confidence, leadership, listening without an agenda and quick-thinking under pressure.  Improv helps the business professional to think, react and adapt very quickly to unexpected events.

Why improv? At a time when employers are struggling to keep workers engaged and retain them, investing in this type of training can not only raise morale, but it also sends a clear message to your employees that you’re committed to providing learning and development opportunities (a lack of which is a major reason employees leave companies) – and that you care about their engagement in the company.
